That’s good news. I got a stockpile of the Sabres in 5.56/300blk/6.5C. Plenty of tmk to use but I might try them as well this year. Cheap enough and if they work for backups that’s a good bonus.

Keep watch on palmetto state armory for their 77TMK ammo to pop in stock. I get decent accuracy out of it for factory ammo. This looks promising. Not sure if anyone has shot anything with it yet...

    The Rokslide Stock Traders Thread

Banger of a day on NQ for scalping. Ride up and back down hitting the pullbacks. Snagged 1500 on 2 topstep combines. Hoping to close them out Monday and let the real fun begin. Hoping everyone had a good week on here.

Definitely. Just started playing around with it over options. Mostly watching NAS and SP. Gold is too wicky for me. If I catch the chart at the perfect time I’ll trade but it’s not something I watch regularly.

Nice move. Should at least get it to 16-16.5. Hourly charts are still bearish but looking at the daily/weekly we should be good for a pullback there.

Anyone do futures or forex trading the the indexes in here?

Shoot. It’s been in a downtrend for like 2-3 years. That being said it’s looking like it’s starting to retrace back to the mid/upper 140s. Might get lucky buying, going back up towards the latest high structure point around earnings and pushing through with good news. Working as a competitor to...

    Weed Whackers

Another vote for the Milwaukee. It chews through batteries as fast as weeds but that doesn’t bother me. Just grab another battery. Beats the heck out of running to the gas station to finish a job. Side note: the fuel handheld blower is amazing as well for smaller jobs. Like blowing off the patio...

All it takes is one more snow storm after a 60 degree week to kick off the anger. Lol

Can we get an argument started about AR15 brands? I’m feeling left out over here. PSA master race.

I use the AR because I already have a bunch. One already set up for “precision” so that was the go to. A sbr for the walking days.

Been needing to get an American or 3. Good thing I held off. My hunter in 6.5 is a shooter. The 22ARC is getting some interest from me. Not that I need it.

Another gun season down the drain. I really hate how my work peaks from mid November through December. Gun opener fell mid week so it really limited my vacation time. And of course, could never make it out after. Oh well. Hoping for some coyotes this winter. Really wanting to see this TMK first...

I have a 18” with can. It feels long but I’m used to SBRs and shorter guns. I don’t have many shots over 200 yards around here. But the added FPS is nice for longer pokes. Look at ballistic charts, figure in your average/max shot ranges and go from there. A few places I hunt would benefit from...

    300 AAC BLK Subsonic

Garand thumb was shooting 8.6BLK with these projectiles and I have some interest in them. The gel tests looked promising. https://discreetballistics.com/shop/300aac-blackout/ Otherwise hornady subx and Lehigh work good. Treat it as bow or handgun hunting and they will kill fine.

    300 BLK in AR

Hornady subX does good. Garand thumb was using some of these projectiles during his 8.6 video. They look interesting. https://discreetballistics.com/shop/300aac-blackout/

    300 BLK in AR

I limited my hunting range with it to 125 yards and under. . I have a 9” SBR and the velocity just isn’t there for good expansion. I think a 16” barrel with 110gr drops below 1800fps (or right around) at 200. Where I use it, shots are 100 yards max.

    What’s your ideal hunting truck?

For the local areas I’d love to get another old Tacoma/ranger. Small. Good on gas. I swear they are impossible to get stuck if you don’t do stupid stuff. Currently building a 24 valve Cummins swapped suburban 2500. The more I think about it, the more I like the idea of it for a hunting rig...
