Agreed. After the shot show demo models are available. Hit up the online retailers at that point. See what they have. I have picked up quality optics that way.
Looks like 3 tubes from the pics. If your buddy wouldn't mind sharing burner tube and valve part numbers. It would be much appreciated. I like the fan idea a lot and think using a Peltier thermoelectric generator to drive it might work well.
Are the tubes straight pass through or bent in an S curve on your stove?
