I’m brand new to muzzleloader/ black powder. I have a bighorn in .52 cal. Can’t find bullets for it, honestly I don’t even know how to load it so I’m looking for insight on what I need to get. Needs to be Idaho legal.
I know there’s been some urban bucks that are hitting that 200”. I’ve only seen one that was for sure 200 during an elk hunt and another I thought was close. I shot one that I thought was 200 but didn’t quite make it. I’m also only counting gross score (nets are for fish).
Looking to see who’s used the Eberlestock EMOD/ F1 frame and what configurations you’ve used. Looking to do day hunts, but I also backpack in for short stints (2-4 days). I’m liking the way you can swap from a big bag to small ones and I like the batwing bags too just want some real opinions on...

I passed on that one and told myself if he came later in the season I’d reconsider, was still hoping for a bigger one, but he never came back. Live and learn!

I set mine maybe half a mile from the road (4/5 of it a steep uphill) . 7+ bears hitting the bait constantly just nothing big coming in the day light. I was refilling 3x a week with movie theater popcorn out of a dumpster. packing in the barrel sucked but after that 35 gallons of popcorn wasn’t...
