im looking for a new set of race/ running shoes. I‘ve been using the same Nike Frees for the last 4 years and have put thousands of miles on them but they’re definitely starting to harden up on the bottom and hurting my precious little feet. my main use will be road running and 10k races.
I truly believe every workout should start with fasted cardio. I’ve been doing it for years before I lift and I won’t ever go back. I’ve tried every combinations with types of food before and nothing ever got me going like fasted.
Yes! Last month I lost 2 percent body fat while gaining 2 pounds of muscle. I’m not on some complicated either. I run and lift at least 5 times a week, eat as clean as I can (wild game, organic beef and chicken and some kind of rice or potato and eggs, eggs, and more eggs).
Favorite hydration supplements/ water add ins. I Don’t hate plain water but I like a little flavor. I use Mio at work, but want something with a little more vitamin and nutrient support for those long backpacking hunts.

Idaho resident here so I may be speaking out of turn but if they charged an NRs an application fee, couldn’t we theoretically eliminate some of these NR tags? I’m not saying cut the tags in half, but maybe 10 percent? Also how much would an Idaho resident be willing to pay for a license or tag...
I’m looking at ditch 4 wheels for two for hunting this year. I’m torn between a TW200 and a ttr-230. Doesn’t need to be fast but I’d like it to be able to drag me and my gear around maybe if I get lucky some meat (REAL LUCKY). I’m willing to do upgrades to a bike to help it out. Any insight?
One of the biggest things I’ve seen is people quitting by month two because they see so much progress in month one, but they can’t replicate it and that’s fine! I’ve seen people lose 30 pounds in a month, but then get discouraged when they only lose 5-10 the next one. Just keep grinding!
