    OR interstellar and stargazer bivy

Does anyone have experience with the new Outdoor Research interstellar or stargazer bivies. If so what are your thoughts on them. Have never bivy hunted before and want some opinions before dropping that kind of cash on a bivy.

    Hamskea launcher arm

What launcher arm is everyone running on there Hamskea hybrid hunter or trinity rest? Considering switching to a contoured accu-guide or the new g-flex wide.

    Peep sight

For those of you using the raptor peep or total peep what size are you running. I have always had 3/16 in my other bows, I know the raptor and total both say to size one down from current setup. A 1/8 peep sounds really small to me.

    Peep sight

Thanks for the response, I love G5/Prime as a company so no issues there. I have heard the meta or the meta pro peeps are some of the ones with jagged edges causing string fraying. Any experience with this ?

    Peep sight

What is everyone running for peep sights on your bow. I know this is pretty small part of the whole system but I read horror stories all the time of peeps cutting strings and such. Every bow I have ever had setup at my local shop has had different peeps in them and I have no clue who made them...

Multi Pin slider, Hog Father vs MBG Pro

Graves14, I was planning on ordering the custom configuration through S&S for sure. They have got a lot of my business over the years, purchased my custom Fast Eddie XL through them. Thanks everyone for the responses, I think I’m going to go with the MBG Pro. Lighter than the Spot Hogg, offers...

    Best Hybrid Setup

Another vote for the Prime CT5, best of both worlds in my opinion. I don’t understand the trend of shorter ata hunting bows, longer ata will generally always be king. Plenty of trad archers shoot 60-64” bows in tree stands, ground blinds, spot and stalk with great success. All the mean while...

    2019 Prime Lineup

I ordered a CT3 without shooting either bow. I really liked my Centergy and figured with specs being similar I would love it equally as much. I do really enjoy the CT3, however I did get a chance to shoot a CT5 after having my CT3 for awhile. With that being said I then ordered the CT5 and will...

    Arrow weight for elk

My typical rule of thumb is try and get the heaviest arrow I can out of the bow at 270 FPS. If I upgrade to a faster IBO bow I will add weight to get me back at the 270 threshold. With most current bows, assuming you are shooting 60-70 lbs and average men’s drawlength you should be in the...

    Crossover stabilizer

I have owned two, first was the 8-21 and current is the 10-17. My thinking when buying the first 8-21 was I didn’t need the 12-33, figured I would never extend out to the 33 and didn’t want a 12 stab when collapsed. Although the 12-33 seems to be there more popular model. The 8-21 was nice...

    What Upgrade is more important??

Rangefinder in my opinion, knowing exactly how far you are shooting is crucial.

Multi Pin slider, Hog Father vs MBG Pro

I have been using a Spot Hogg Fast Eddie XL for a couple years and love the sight. With that being said I am wanting to upgrade to something with a little more in terms of micro adjustability doubling as a hunting and 3D sight. I have my eyes on a Hog Father or the new Black Gold Pro sight. I am...

    Leica Trinovid HD bino stud

I have the newer set of Leica Trinovid HD in 10x42, I am wanting a system to mount them to my tripod. I had read or saw pictures somewhere of someone with same model bino using an Outdoorsmans stud for the newer Ultravid and said it worked just fine with the three set screws on the side. I...
