    10 is my go to and I love it for cot or back of the truck camping. I didn't even know there was a 15, I am sure it is awesome, but never felt the need for more than the 10. As others have stated, almost as good as my at home bed.

    Pork Belly for Sausage

    It has more “meat” on it obviously, but…I have used it multiple times in place of back fat. Works great, can’t say I could tell a real difference in taste, texture, etc I would say use whatever is cheaper/more readily available. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
