Am I understanding this correctly- the AZ OTC deer tags are calendar year, not "season" years? For example, tag bought in November 2023 is good for Jan 2024-December 2024, and if you want to hunt Jan 2025 you have to buy a tag in November of 2024? What a mess. -

2024 Idaho General Draw! 10 days until the MADNESS!
Not sure what motivation I had to be full of it, but I get the skepticism. Just making my comment about how this is essentially the least efficient draw system available on the plantet. I ended up with a decent deer tag and a mediocre elk tag.- MTN BUM

2024 Idaho General Draw! 10 days until the MADNESS!
I just finished on the site. I had number 175. Thought it was my lucky day. By the time I got in they were sold out of Pioneer, Big Desert, Smokey Bennett, Diamond Creek, Lehmi, and Sawtooth elk tags as well as unit 21 deer tags.
