I've got the same hat. And a bunch of those other things in common. Keep on keeping on!
Hard to tell whose serious and who's joking but I've had a few good laughs on this thread. But to the OP's request, it would be cool to see a few more choices in the low profile mesh back hats from Kifaru.
But to paraphrase Aron Snyder, I'm sure "you mean that in a good Christian way" right? LOL it's ok, we all judge. When I see someone post about hating flat brims I just automatically assume they are just pretentious hypocrites.
You know the old curmudgeons were saying the same about us when we...
I have use the large ones for meat bags when I didn't have a contractors trash bag with me. Smaller one doubles as a pillow sometimes. Rain cover on my pack once before I had an actual rain cover. Just about anything you can think of.
I enjoy the likes and thanks options for all the reasons above. The "auto follow" someone is annoying. I turned it off. Can't remember if that was a tapatalk thing or forum setting but it's lame that it's on by default.
Pros:
Maybe guys know about these but I didn't really look into it much until I saw Aron Snyder showing it off on Instagram recently. I'm guessing a lot of guys have half used isobutane fuel canisters laying around that never get used very often since you always leave home with a full canister...
Great job with the Trad bow! Did you use a blind or natural setup? I got my first one from a blind but trying for my next one with a natural setup. Missed one last weekend at about 18 yards trying for a head shot with a guillotine broadhead.
Guess I'm not seeing the Amazon deal. Roger's sells them on Amazon also, but it's $270 there as opposed to $250 on their site, free shipping, plus rebate for $175. The Double Bull Bullpen is cheaper, but no rebate.
They went quick! All gone now. Not as great a deal, but prior to the ebay one above, this is the best I've found on them. I've ordered from Roger's a lot.

Very Nice! Man that makes me hungry! Hunting turkeys is one of those things where I don't feel too bad if I sleep in and get out there late. Tons of birds are killed between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Often times I have better luck then anyway as hens are often on the nest and toms are roaming.
I've got nothing to add in personal comparison other than from what I've read both are fantastic products and companies. I have also been wanting to do the BHA lifetime membership. I thought they had a 6-man SO tipi as part of the deal last year and I was going to jump in but a home addition...
Off the top of my head:
1. Wind checker
2. AGC creations bino pack with fhf range finder pouch
3. Wool baselayer and wool socks
4. Leukotape P
5. Lighters with fire starters cause I suck at making fire with other means.
6. MANSCAPING! Not really a gear item but can't believe it hasn't been...
Very nice! Good luck on your Nebraska hunt! I have not hunted turkey in that part of the state. Mine was southeast Neb.

Figured I'd kick this season off with the 2017 Turkey meatpole. If there is already a thread going, my apologies.
Nebraska, opening weekend. First bird with my recurve!
