I have the loftec adventure jacket as well and love it. It is a pretty light weight synthetic puffy. It’s been a great mid layer when the full puffy is just to warm.
Grayling will never turn down a dry fly or any dry fly for that matter. You could be fishing in a rain storm and catch grayling on dries.
For Dollys a black or purple leech, smolt pattern or muddler minnow will do the trick.
So I grew up in Colorado and grew up fly fishing but I’ve never fished the Taylor river. A long time friend is coming to town and we are meeting up in Almont CO. Any suggestions for fishing there this time of year? Is it going to be so busy it will be frustrating? I’m more of a get away...
