    Bull moose harvest is already once in a lifetime. I don't think there are too many people drawing multiple tags, and I'd imagine even fewer are drawing multiple without harvesting. I wish they would go once in a lifetime on Ram and Goat harvest.

    I'm not cnelk, but yes, you'll have to send the tag back and NOT get a refund, if you want your preference points back. I haven't received my Elk license yet either, and one of my buddies hasn't received his Deer license as well. I did receive my Pronghorn tag already.

    No PP changes that I'm aware of, same as last year. You'll need to buy another qualifying license I believe. They basically want you get one every year. When you apply, it should tell you if you need one or not.

    They're going to be released at 11 normally. They're just giving themselves wiggle room so if the system is down. They want to have an out if that guy takes off work expecting a license to be available at 11 and it isn't.

    I've never heard of it happening in CO. I usually take my vest off for photos.
