    I am struggling with my tent decision.

    Just came back to civilization- we had rain, snow and cold wind. The stove made it very comfortable. Can’t imagine not taking a stove ever again.

    OnX or GPS

    No more GPS for me. Love the OnX- love it. Plus with the phone I can digiscope, take pictures, listen to some music at night... A couple of years and a GPS will be like a type writer...

    Hunting near recent burns

    Those burns will make for some awesome Elk hunting next year and for several years after! Come Spring it should be a magnate for bears!
