Nevada does it on a Friday every year for that very reason. Gives people a chance to calm down.
Pretty sure I used all of my luck in Nevada this year, so I'm not expecting anything in Idaho.

Regardless, I don't think anyone is going to commit the time or resources to suing NDOW for posting the draw results a few hours late.
