    Fred Eichler Signature Series 150 Grain Phantoms

    Stingers are a great flying head, but the ferrules is to short for HIT arrows. If u want to try em I 6 of em u can try out. I have had great luck with the Eichlers. Fly like my field points out of my trad bows.

    I agree that I need to slow down. If I had to describe my hunting style it be like a wolf. Always on the move with lots of encounters, but low success. Not like a cat or a owl.

    Guys I'm not offended at all. I'm asking for the advice and I love the thought that u guys are taking time to to help me and lift my spirits. Sound like year 7 is gonna be my year. I find it tough to be good at something that you only get to do once a year. So all advice is welcome.

    Missed clean with both compound and longbow. I shot one int the guts and found it the next day. I'm not so sure that some of those deer weren't jumping the string. The deer in Michigan very edgy. I have two deer on film ducking about 18 inches and 15 yards with my recurve. Neither of those...

    Mntwrunner. This can be fixed! Last year I missed 17 deer with my longbow. This year I shot 7 and I can tell my sight picture on each deer. Check out Iron Mind by Joel Turner. Its game changer. If u want u can call me. (616) 899-2632.

    Brunse, I think I have the wife letting me take the WHOLE month of September off so I can chase elk. I'm not sure if I'm man enuff for that. Her and the kids might come out for a while. We'll see how it goes. Work always gets in the way of things too.

    I prefer for people to know nothing about me or what I'm up to. In my home state of Michigan I feel that most people with tons of stickers are posers anyways.
