Opinions on 3 rifles
Of those 3 tikka gets my vote. I've got some older brownings that were my favorite till I got my first tikka. Browning makes a nice gun tho and wouldn't be scared of it at all. Christensen gets too many mixed reviews for me to try Sent from my SM-G973U1 using Tapatalk -

what spotting scope glass would you need to compliment swaro 10x42
My first real spotter was a vortex viper 80mm, pretty much hated it from the moment I got it. Finally saved up enough to go with with a meopta s2 and am much much happier. Glass Quality Sig kilo3000bdx VS Vortex Vipers

300 win mag factory elk ammo
Not much factory ammo out there that wouldn't work on an elk at that range, really comes down to what shoots well in your gun and what you can even get right now. Get a couple boxes and see what shoots. Personally I'd look for 180gr nosler accubond or partitions. Barnes ttsx, nosler etip... -

New big 30 cal rifle - options
As mentioned the tikka is an excellent option in a 300wsm, wouldn't do the longs in it tho. The fierce and seekins are excellent options. Tikka T3 300 win mag factory ammo
I think its still worth trying if that's the bullet you want. I have a 300wsm tikka with same twist and it shot the 200gr terminal ascent the best out of all the 180-200gr that I tried.
