    DIY tarp!

You could build that for real close to $90 if not less after R&D. Sil usually comes in 55"-65" widths at whatever length you want. I built several tarps along the same lines as a supertarp but slightly different. Start reading about cantenary curves if you want the dip in the ridge. The...

    Stone Glacier and Kifaru

On the contrary, it proves that Kurt is listening and responding to customers. I dont see how its any different then Kifarus constant evolution. I recently carried a Terminus daily for nearly three weeks, I dont have a real thorough review but the pack is stout. I wouldnt worry about it failing...

New Frame and Bags from Kifaru International

Is the load/meat shelf feature still viable on the B frame retrofitted with a G1 LHG? To be honest, the last video might not do much for hype but is an honest comparison and appreciated.

    crampon selection

The Stubai 6 points are worth a look too. No toe points here so if you are navigating couloirs of remnant snow and ice you'll need something different. The insteps are great on frozen slopes with up to a couple inches of snow. I havnt had mine for more then a couple months at this point but they...

    Chugach Sheep hunt

I'll never get tired of reading this story. I have never heard of more sheep horns disappearing due to predators then I have this year...but I know more sheep hunters now. Im happy Lily will have the visual trophy to remember this very special hunt long after the edible portions of it are gone...
