I really like the Scarpa Ribella HD boots. They are pretty stiff but very durable and very waterproof in my experience. I hunt western Wa, Idaho, Montana, PA.
I have the KUIU large that I carry my 12x50 EL’s and it’s fine. I feel like it does everything I need for a bino harness. I also have a Eberlestock Recon that I just picked up from @Llama32 (great seller by the way) for my 10x42’s. It’s a little bit tight on the binos but overall I like it. I’ve...
It depends on what you are using them for. If you are also using a spotter or have a set of 15’s then I’d definitely ditch the Vortex. If you don’t have a spotter or 15’s then I’d still ditch the Vortex. Hahah keep the EL’s, you’ll regret it if you don’t.

They are Swift 8x compact binos. The 8x and compact size are perfect for him. He is young so it’s a great pair for him to learn on. He spotted some dear the other evening in the bean fields by our house. As for price, it couldn’t have been cheaper!
Thanks again @CCH !!!

I just moved here a year ago from Washington state and it’s definitely not my cup of tea.
I’ve never had an issue with it. I run 5 tactacams and a few other brands as well and no problems spooking game. If you are set on a reveal pro I’d suggest buying new so you can return. Read reviews, number one issue is the cams eating batteries .
