Doest’t look like much, but this pack is an absolutely fantastic day pack.
I’ve packed 40 pounds many many times including 30+ pounds of big elk shed antlers and this pack just eats it up.
Looking at how fast the wolves have traveled in just 4 months, I too thought it would be 5-10 years before their impact would be felt in areas I’m familiar with.

I typically shit in the same hole for a week, 3-4 miles from the truck.
I ate a bunch of seeds one year and the next spring a flower was growing out of the shit hole…I shit you not.
Shit sleep,shit food,altitude, over exertion and constantly fighting dehydration…sprinkled with defeat, disappointment and frustration….I gag all the time in the backcountry.

Took the grid fleece for a good test today.
Started out warmish, then a storm blew in with dropping temps and snow.
4.5 mile off trail loop.
Definitely mitigated sweat well, and when temps dropped I was thoroughly impressed with the warmth the garment supplied.
Very insulating, and shed the snow...
