The “problem” with doing that is your end cost. Even if you get a couple hundred selling the factory stock, you’re about $2300 into the barreled action. You could build a top notch custom barreled action for really close to that and most likely end up with a much nicer rifle. -

Is the Ridgeline the best CF barrel rifle in its price range?
Not sure about the long action, but my short action Ridgeline stock weighed 34.7 ounces. I swapped mine for an EH1 which was only an ounce lighter but a much better stock. Mine is in 6.5 PRC and I’ve been really happy with it. Shoots lights out with the factory 143 ELDX. -
.300 WIN MAG Ammo Advice
Not at all trying to sound “preachy” but in the interest of picking a load; If you’re planning on shooting deer and elk at 650 yards you should test your ammo at that range too. You might find it eliminates a couple of those options right off the bat. They’re obviously all plenty good at 100 yards. -
