    @Southern Heritage reading your trip report did your guides effort drop dramatically after he learned that you'd be riding out? I would suspect that once it was learned moose couldn't be flown out, that either from the top or the guide decided on his own he didn't want to bring one out on horses.

    Classic. Don't have time to reply to an email or return a phone call for 2 weeks. Get called out in a public setting and suddenly the time is found.

    Trust me put a decent stuffer on your to get list. Stuffing with a grinder sucks and you'll never do it again after you have a decent stuffer.

    Now you need a stuffer. 30lb min. Use it for filling hamburger bags, and casings. Imo it's the 2nd best time saver behind a good grinder.

    I checked my app. It should say 2815. I think the load is 25grs varget. It crunches like hell seating. Works well in that rifle though.

    Short barreled 338

    225 nab @ 2770 with rl23. Pushed 225 to 2900 with rl16 but primer pockets wouldn't hold up. Can also push 210 np to close to 2900.
