    I hardly see any non-hunters during rifle seasons. If you're in an area with cool Instagram lakes and popular trails, there will probably be backpackers. Areas with lots of bike trails and no snow snow will probably have bikers.

    Red meat, medium rare. Add coarse salt. It's better than freshly cooked. Ground meat and rice cold is a staple of my diet. I love it. If I am reheating, it's something that was slow cooked. Fried in butter.

    Look up the regulations and season structure. I'm not sure that the 2025 options are available, but you can see what was for 2024. Barring a change, the same should be available for next year. Quotas and seasons should be similar. I haven't seen it organized anywhere in a searchable format...

    @Overdrive that's a cool idea with the tripod. I wasn't sure how you were managing to wrap your quarters. It looks like you do a great job with your meat care. I'm guessing that the saran wrap is thin enough to allow the heat to escape, but I don't believe 'breathable" is the term I would use.

    Foxtail will definitely stick like Velcro to attack pants. I would just wash and dry them a few times. You probably won't notice it after awhile.

    @Sean1 If you can practice to 500, your max range on game should be well inside of that distance. Any of the rifles you currently own would be plenty effective to that distance. Check out the .223, 6mm, and 6.5mm kill threads. You are the limit, not your rifles.

    I haven't gotten mine mounted on a rifle yet, but I can see the reticle fine at all powers. At minimum power, it's basically a duplex and you're probably not using the sub tensions below 6x anyway. I would also eliminate the illumination, given the option.
