My slipping issue occurred with an extra lumbar insert (two total). I had to completely replace the lumbar pad to resolve the slipping issue for me. Regardless, I'm very happy that Exo goes the extra mile to get their packs to fit right!

Best of luck and thanks for watching!
No problem! I'm not sure if you saw the pinned comment or not, but Mark and I agreed that we should give away the Exo K3 4800 in this review to one of the viewers. We're planning on making the giveaway go live on January 28th and have it run through February 4th or so. It's not finalized yet...
Thanks! After swapping out the stock lumbar pad on the Exo with the new one, both the Exo and SG felt very similar under heavy loads. There were small differences with both suspensions but that is expected because they use different shoulder straps, hip belts, and lumbar designs. My consensus is...
I have not tried doing that yet, but I can see how it might possibly work. I'm not as savvy when it comes to converting bags-to-frame as other Rokslide users, but I will let you know what I come up with.
Thanks! The SG 5900 is a great bag. I know the their customer service is great, but let me know if you have questions. I will try and help as best I can.
They all really are phenomenal packs. In fact, I think that's why it's so hard to decide which one to go with. My K2 is still going strong, but pretty excited to be putting the K3 system through the rodeo this season. Best of luck to you this fall!
I just released a video comparing Kifaru, Exo Mtn Gear, and Stone Glacier. This is part one in which I simply just go over the bag and frame, and put them under a quick load to get an idea of how they will perform this fall hunting season.

Exo's customer service is phenomenal! I broke the zipper on my K2 Lid because I completely overstuffed it and still tried to zip it shut. It's not the smartest thing I've done nor was it Exo's fault, but I contacted Exo and a brand new K2 lid was at my doorstep 4 days later - no questions asked!
