So you are an attorney that has taken these activities to state and federal supreme courts?
You can think they are in violation of the 4th amendment, but until the Supreme Court of the US rules so, they can continue.
By your responses (dirt bag lawyer kinda gives you away) I would assume you...
I am not sure what you mean by "truck inspection stations and othe check points", but in my state the G&F sets up "Game Check Stations" where all hunters (and anglers) that pass those stations must stop and those check stations, if set up properly (marked with signs, etc) have been determined to...
I know that can be frustrating as hell, but one positive thing about the situation with both camps in one spot rather than being spaced apart could cause less disturbance to the animals in the basin.

No. The wildlife biologist I am referring to is Heather.

If you just south of Casper maybe it could have been the wildlife biologist. The wildlife biologist that handles that area is a female. The biologists and wardens wear the same uniforms; the only exception is the game wardens wear a badge. The biologists are often mistaken for game wardens...
One afternoon in early August a number of years ago, I was hiking back to my vehicle after completing some work on a alpine lake. The trail came close to a small pond that was just a wide spot in a small stream and since I had some extra time I thought I would cast a lure to see what I could...
Oregonmuley is exactly right.
The antelope licenses that are left over in antelope Hunt Area 23 are valid only on private land. And, the chances of getting access to private land at this late point are very slim and none. Landowners that allow trespass fee hunting most likely have had full...
Then there is the story of a grizzly bear that was hit in the skull with a large caliber handgun bullet. The bullet penetrated the skin but not the skull and stayed under the skin as it followed the skull up over the head and lodged under the skin behind the head. in the neck area. The wound...
What would you use it for? Do you plan to try to kill an elk with it?
If the handgun is for "bear defense" I would re-think this. If you have never owned or used a handgun much or at all, you have about three months to purchase the handgun, and then shot it enough to become a proficient enough...
My wife has a Vortex Viper HD 15-45 X 65 that she uses for wildlife viewing.
She had no problem this spring spotting a sow grizzly and cubs that were 3000 yards away and partially in the shade.
Or mountain goats that were 2,200 yards away. Of course the color contrast helped a little...
Your title says elk area 37 type 6, but in your post you say 33 type 6. Deer hunt areas 24 and 25 overlap elk hunt area 37; but as has been mentioned are a long ways from elk hunt area 33.
Did you draw a nonresident Region Y deer license? And did you apply for a cow elk license?

I don't think you will find a Hy-Vee grocery store in WY. However, during hunting season local grocery stores will have dry ice; and the meat processing plants will have it.

I think Fishforfun nailed it. IF you can find a place in Hunt Area 23 that will do a trespass fee hunt and it is less than $500 you will be fortunate.

Walmart, McDonald's and several other places where I live in Wyoming start out their employees at more than $11 an hour. Talked to a friend that just retired from a heating, air conditioning and plumbing company and he was making $38 an hour.
Right now oil and gas is not doing very well so...
Oregonmuley is correct, landowner lists for antelope hunting are no longer maintained in the Sheridan and Casper G&F Regions. The practice ended several years ago.
