    What to build?

    I just pulled my 300 WM barreled action out of my Accuracy International AT stock and put it back in the Travers stock. Now what can I build. I love the 30 cals but i am developing a taste for 338 Lapua. Will that action fit in that stock? Also I always wanted a Devience Action.

    Great scope but for a truck gun i would consider a scope that had locking turrets or a little tighter than the star. they spin very easily.

    300 WSM Load Development

    I have a CA Traverse 300 WSM I shoot 180 Barnes TTSX with 69.1 Superformance 2.9135". I took a Moose last fall 585 yds. Also 165 Burnes TTSX 67.6 H4350 2.8820" for some reason the smaller bullet liked to be seated in little more than the 180 gr.

    Alamo Precision is a good one. My buddy has a few. he just took a Boone and Crockett Caribou with a custom 300 WBY. its a tack driver. Defiance actions rule.

    My WSM loves Superformance. I shoot a 180 TTSX with 69.1 gr and get 3142 fps. deadly and accurate. plinking steel out to 1280 last fall.
