    I probably would. Ask for more than $104K is risky. You could use a HELOC and HODL for a bit longer...is the interest worth paying while you wait for BTC to make its next move up...hard to know.

    It's like in Michigan, a guy trapped and killed a wolf in southern Michigan. There haven't been wolves there in 150 years. Still waiting to see what comes of the whole thing.

    Life insurance in place to ensure everything is paid off should I fall off a cliff or get eaten buy a bear. another thought…most guys whitetail hunting climbing in trees will have more claims per hunter than adventurer hunters who are cared for by a guide.
