I've had high blood pressure for quite a while now also. I used to drink at least a pot of coffee a day and have recently been trying to keep it to a cup of two I'm the morning. I definitely get headaches mid day if I don't have any caffeine though..

I ended up abandoning the idea of buying the integrated platform and ordered a Goshawk. It has the side pocket layout I want with a talon. Even though I probably won't detach the bag and use the external load shelf much, I'll have the option to do so, and I do like the ability to swap out bags.
