Looking to sell my Innorel CT75C carbon fiber tripod, and an unbranded arca/picatinny ball head.
Used the tripod for a few range trips, and two days guided elk hunting, it's nearly new condition. Works great (shot two elk off it) but it's just a little too short for me to shoot off it standing...
My understanding is the purpose made sealants are more rubbery, less likely to flake off. Acrylate based in the first example I found.
Fingernail polish is nitrocellulose-based, which sounds like it might be tricky to mix with primers and powder.
I've been looking at this too for long term storage. The cheapest I found for the volume was this Ukrainian sealant, has good reviews: https://www.ebay.com/itm/303049762844
I used this one elk hunting this year, for both shooting and glassing, highly recommended.

I used Gordon's Reloading Tools app for a bit, but it's numbers were quite a bit off from my velocities (and pressure signs though that's not a great metric). It seems very much in works still, I wouldn't trust it very far at all. But if you're looking for a toy to run some what ifs that aren't...
Old thread I know, but Airguns of Arizona and Tawnado were out of stock, Pyramid Air doesn't sell them, and Michael Tawn Airguns on eBay won't ship to the US anymore apparently. But I found MM Sporting in the UK had some TO84's in stock and would ship to the US. Ended up being $56 shipped.
I'm in a similar spot, trying to pick out a scope for my first elk hunt. I'm set on FFP, illuminated scopes and willing to tolerate a bit more weight, but here's the list I put together if it helps.
I haven't tested the load yet, but in my X-Caliber CFW .284, the 180 Hybrid fits fine in factory Tikka mags, 3.25" OAL when touching lands. That length also keeps the boat tail away from the shoulder/neck junction, but barely. CBTO's all should match theoretically, but these are measured with...
