I used a Big Agnes SL2 for 2 seasons in CO. Really good shelter IMO. But, it can be claustrophobic. I used a Golite SL-5 last year. Liked the room, especially being able to stand up to dress. But didn't have any weather to speak of. Some rain, some wind, but nothing that would test it. I'll...
How many layers do you guys use when the temps start to drop or when you stop and glass? I've read that you should have a base, mid, insulation and then shell. I ask because there were a few times this year I was chilled.
I'm curious: do I add more layers or stay with same number of layers...

I used Cabelas Mt050 for allot of years. It did it's job and I was pleased with...

I started using Aetrex Lynco 400's. I used superfeet for years and decided to give these a try and won't go back. Haven't tried the Synergy, maybe when this pair is shot, I'll give them a try.
I purchased almost every piece KUIU offers last year. For the most part I like it and have no real complaints. Looking at First-Lite this year. Waiting to see what Jason does with his base layers. I like the thumbhole on First-Lite. That and they offer the heavy weight wool. Not sure if that...
