    IT Band.....Hey Aron.

Watched you vid #2 and noticed we share a similar situation that is new to me late last year. IT Band issues. Can you expand on your brace and maybe what else your doing to help it? BTW rolling it over a foam exercise tube hurts like hell.

    I'm Done with backtension

Sorry but NO. I'd NEVER go back to "commanding" the release. NEVER. Or even a controlled squeeze, cause it will rarely stay that way. Now for bowhunting if I need to speed up a shot to accomidate the situation I can and will but it's not a part of my daily shooting process at all. You do what...

    Bedded or not bedded?

I agree. Have tried both and if they are up I usually end up behind them or get caught. Morning/mid day stalks are usually on bedded deer. Afternoon bucks are usually up feeding and I'm trying to get in a place where they will come past.

The Red Zone - The Final 200 Yards.

Since I'm not in the somewhat open high country my "Red Zone" seems to be a bit shorter, I'd say 1/2 that. At 100 yards I'm going to put on my sneeky feet, put on my face mask, eat a bar, make sure I have water close by in my fanny pack and then turn around and look at my "spotter" with my...

    The "Scent Bomb"

I keep my boots on and put a pair of sneeky feet on over them. Where I'm hunting deer you would NOT want to take your boots off.
