I literally just bought all all this (with the exception of the pan head) from outdoorsman. And am looking for a pan head. 🤦♂️

2lbs/man/day of nutrient rich food is a good rule of thumb that I go by.
I make all my own dehydrated meals. So just go off of what I’d usually eat and add a bit to it.
