Not so much as lighting as money. Guarantee this is the Governors tag purchased for $280K. Quick google search shows him with multiple rams, some of which are other governor tags. I'm sure the hunter will be able to contribute millions more to sheep conservation than I ever will.

There used to be a standalone pamphlet for the OTC elk units. Looks like it is now on page 26 of the elk/ antelope booklet. You might be able to find the unit descriptions from previous years. Almost year round hunts. Extremely low harvest success- like less than 1% I believe. believe...
Think Big Chino outfitters hunts that unit. Antler trader is a guide in that unit, has(d) a YouTube, don't remember who was the outfitter he was associated with. Never hunted with either one.
About every store I have been in the last year or so in AZ has them on the shelf. Not really a hot commodity here. I have bought a few just in case I drew a CO muzzy hunt

Was lucky enough to draw an OIL tag on a below 1% draw unit. Backpack wilderness hunt. Have hunted for many years but never had a tag like this before, never had an overnight backpack hunt miles deep in wilderness before. Never had a panic attack before.
