    2024 New Mexico Draw Results

    I had that tag a few years ago. I probably saw about 50 does a day and 2-3 forkies a day. I guess I was not where all the big bucks hang out. I ended up shooting a forkie on the afternoon of the last day. It was my only tag that year and I needed to put something in the freezer.

    When did sights become so expensive?

    I don't understand it but for some reason people feel good when they spend a stupid amount of money on a name brand item. It makes them feel more confident and capable knowing they have the most expensive widget. Very similar to a security blanket.

    I have tried it two years when I did not draw any other tags. First find the food then find sign then it is a waiting game. So far I have not been successful. Based on my limited experience bears are super hard to find in NM when looking for them.
