    Headed back out in the morning for one last search, then closing the chapter. Cut the tag the night I shot him. He could have survived, and I hope that's the case, but I didn't like the odds. Tough, bit I still have a Washington tag, so it didn't end my season.

    Haha... Need to rethink those. Definitely a trade-off with the single bevel 2 vs a 3 blade. Could have used the better blood in this case.

    Yes, head up the entire time, no wobble or stumbling and he seemed fine when he busted out. Another search and no luck. At this point, I'm hoping the shot wasn't lethal.
