    Uhh its definitely happening. Two good friends were at a vendor on 12/1. When it opened, the owner took over the register and made everyone there wait while he went though his grocery list printing off tags for people that weren't there. It's not a "crazy conspiracy". @dreamingbig you're spot on.

    Conditions are pretty mild often that time of year however there have been a few years with snowstorms and it turns into an absolute mess. A lot of Arizonans don't understand how to drive in snow or what chains do and the mud and clay there doesn't help. You can always ask the wife is she wants...

    This is spot on. Some vendors won't even open that day because they are purchasing and selling tags to all of their "preferred" clients and not selling to the general public.
