Beartooth make comb risers with our without shell holders. I just cut out some hard foam out of a scope box and tapped it to the stock and slid the shell holder over it, be a lot lighter than an adjustable stock.
I like my paradigm stock. I was one of the lucky ones to purchase one before they got expensive and then quit selling them. I paid 1500cdn for mine back in 2021. if it had a negative comb it would be perfect. I just use a beartooth shell holder and cut a piece of foam out of a scope box and...
im running a 20" wsm. I played with the 180 bergers but settled on 178gr eldx
64.5gr H4350 im at 2920fps. So you should be around 2875fps with 180's
I've always just found accurate loads with book COAL for 300wsm.
H4350 for 180's and under
H100V for over 180's seem to work, H4831SC has always...

this would be such a wicked fishing/ hunting/ go anywhere boat. be perfect for 2 people.
I also try to cut as much weight as I can. if something doesn't serve a dual purpose it doesn't come.
I'm even down to taking peak meals out of original packaging and then vacuum sealing them to save weight and space.
I don't think id ever take a dedicated rear bag on any hunt.
rolled up rain jacket/ pants work.
puffy jacket that rolled up into its stash pocket works.
bins harness works,
I even have smaller dry bags that I keep electronic or medical supplies in that will also work.
I only take my tripod...
you most definitely can make accurate follow up shots with a Kimber and tikka lmao.
I had a ridgeline before they became a fad and id never spend the money on one again, id just build off a tikka action..
lmao this should not happen. I don't run scope covers.. and hiked for a week sheep hunting in pouring rain. it was so wet I had to drain my stock every night cause its a hollow carbon fiber stock and water would trickle in from my quick detach sling hole
just spend money on a new scope and...
