If you're moving out into the sticks why worry about internet. Isn't that just part of the package?
I had Hughsnet back in 2001-2003, only broadband available at the time. When dsl was available I got that but kept the satellite stuff in case I moved out of town where there wasn't any internet...
I put the target in front of my compost/cut grass pile. At the GF's target is partway up the hill, a miss is in the hillside. Always nervous about shooting at the house so 40yds is absolute max, usually just 20-30yds. 40 is at the sidewalk and to the back fence.
Might be hard to get them square but it should cut them. I'm assuming you mean the arrows. A Dremel would work, or a rotozip with a cutoff wheel and lay the arrow in a piece of angle and cut flush with end of angle.
I used regular gorilla glue for the last arrows I purchased.
I bought some meindl comfort cork insoles and they were so wide I had to get a full size smaller to even start to get them to fit and still they were a little too big. Maybe look for some of them. I think they were perfekt fit or something like that.
No calling by hunters, but some cow calls. This was in December. We were along the North border and in the northwest corner which is actually Aberdeen area, of the fall river unit 672. Mostly stalking or tracking.
Vipertrick for me. Been using for about 3 years and they tune well, better than the montecs I tried. Elk I shot last year was a pass through with viper tricks, victory arrows and Matthews Creed at 65lb draw weight and 29" draw length, same arrow weight as yours. Broke a rib on the way through...
North Pe Ell should have plenty of elk in multiple locations, never had trouble finding animals in there. Walk in (not motorized)does limit your coverage area somewhat and with drive in guys going past you it can be discouraging. I had not motorized for Aberdeen area one year because I was late...
Consistency. That's what you need to have moa capable ammo. The rifle is already there, just make your loads all the same, once the sizer is set don't change it for that batch of loads, same with bullet seating and powder charges.
Pasayton is just North of where you're looking, plus Mt Baker, glacier, Henry Jackson. Plus all the Olympic peninsula wilderness areas if you want a rougher hunt for blacktails.
I ordered some soap from my daughter, who's been home since earlier this month but makes soaps and things as a side job. They live only about 5 miles away but she is shipping it anyway.
