For a backpack style hunt, I think Arctic Red is hard to beat. If you're looking for a more traditional horseback hunt, check out Mervyn's Yukon Outfitting. I worked there in the past and there is some monsters in that area. (Several of the top B&C came from his area)
Synthetics will be your friend on that hunt. There can be some good storms in that country in late Sept so I'd definitely pack for the cold as well - even some synthetic pants are nice to have when glassing for extended periods if the temps to drop...

Check out Chilako Valley Outfitters near Prince George. They are quite a bit cheaper than the number you mentioned. You don't get the huge bulls of Northern BC, but I was on to moose every single day during my hunt with them this fall!
