I was reunited with this buck over the weekend. Couldn't be happier with how he turned out. Jeff Baird with Strip Taxidermy in St. George did an amazing job of bringing him back to life!
My son Dylan made a great shot on this nice 3 pt as he rutted two does. I'm super proud of the work and effort he put in and I think it re-ignited his excitement about big game hunting after a few year drought since he shot his first doe.
I know its not what you asked but take a look at the Tristar Viper G2 youth semi-auto. I got one for my kids who are recoil shy in 20 ga and they love it. The mossberg pump kicked the crap out of them.

Flyguy We were just under 12,000’. He would bed up at 13,000’ during the day and drop down in the afternoon to feed around 12,000’ all night, then back up in the am. This was opening day of 2nd season 9/21 so most of that snow has melted already.
