I’m not familiar with the Tikka stocks, but for my HS Precision stock, I used a pic rail that goes where the two sling swivel studs are located. This is made by Seekins.
This piece of pic rail also has a slot in the nose for a sling swivel.
I place the Wiser Precision mount on the pic...
It’s a legit question. A true 1MOA gun will shoot a 1/4 MOA 3-shot group on occasion, and some will claim it as a “1/4 MOA gun!” That is the statistical insignificance at play, with the very rough, over-stretched analogy of even a blind squirrel will find a nut every now and then.
10-shot...
Complaints I have heard mostly center around softer brass causing primer pockets to loosen up sooner, and less weight consistency. It will also vary by caliber.
For example, 6.5 PRC shooters are reporting great case life, over 12 loadings and counting. If your standard for case sorting is 2-3...
One modification to this is to lay out a towel, place the bipod legs on the front of the towel and then run the towel under the rifle and back towards you. Then your support arm can rest on the towel and provide just enough tension to keep the bipod/towel from sliding forward under a slide...
ADG typically has less capacity than Hornady. Wouldn't pressure signs show up at same velocities (not necessarily powder charge weight)? Or are you running out of case fill capacity and therefore not able to get as much powder in the case with Hornady brass to get the same velocity as you're...
While I have heard that Hornady brass leaves much to be desired, everything I have heard from others and experienced personally points to it being pretty robust for 6.5 PRC. Some have achieved 12+ reloadings so far.
Obviously not the same as 6.5 CM brass but just wanted to through that out...
Found Formidilosus' very comprehensive review of the 3-18. Tracking seems to hold up to some bumping around, and has been robust for him:

Anyone have experience with the 4.5-27? (No donut reticle...
Are they using a short-action and AICS style mags for the 6.5 PRC? I suppose that would pretty much necessitate an Accurate Mag or similar WSSM w/ front rib removed in order to accommodate 2.950" COAL.
I have been loading both the 178 ELD-X as well as the 175 SMK for my 308. While I think the 175 does win in the overall accuracy department, I just started tinkering a bit more with seating depths on the 178 ELD-X and am showing potential for a 0.60 MOA node with it. Which for me, for hunting...
OP--thanks for reporting back. We've all made mistakes like that, but sharing the results helps all of us. I'm just a FNG here on this site, but learning a ton from you all, including experiences like yours.
