Went into the coastal range from the Willamette Valley side. In the willamette valley, blackberries are behind but ripening. In the coast range, the thimble berries were in a horrible state. Blackberries were rock hard and green. I have no idea what primary food sources bears are working right...
Another interesting factor is archery. I know based on feedback here that left handed rifle, right handed handgun is probably the way to go. But archery….. he is way more dexterous with right handed archery, but then he aims with left eye still. Going to need to decide about the archery...

From what I gather, the general consensus is either get abused bow and shoot it into the ground and then you’ll know what you want or go to a pro shop and get it right “the first time”.

Hi all. So my kid is 4.5 years old and definitely left eye dominate. From what I can tell, he’s right handed. So for you cross eye dominate folks, should I teach him to shoot rifles and bows left handed?
