If you’re just wanting hunting opportunity. GA isn’t bad 12 deer tags a year 2 bucks and 10 doe. We also have 2 turkey tags per year and a bear season in the northern part of GA that runs with deer season.
If it were me I would move closer out west though.
What’s everyone’s preference for cooler weather boots? I’ve been using crispis for everything from whitetails to mule deer out west but looking to buy some muck boots or something similar when it does get cold . For context I whitetail hunt mainly in GA. When it’s “cold” it’s in the 20-40s.

Sevr 2.0. They have been the best I’ve ever used in 15 years of bow hunting. I’ve killed whitetails, mule deer and turkeys with them. They out perform every time.
What’s everyone’s mobile setup for the 23’ season? I’ve been running a Lone Wolf sit and climb 2 since 2014. Debating on swapping for a “mobile” setup that is a hang on. A climber is super nice and easy but sometimes It limits the trees I can get in.
