    USPS has “lost” two packages for me, both valued at $3,000+ The claims process never finished, so I filed an FBI claim against them. That paperwork allowed for the use of home owners insurance to get the funds back. Never had an issue with USPS or Fedex.

    Not really comparable to Kingman. Phoenix metro area is vast and diverse. Gotta be 50-60 miles across. I like the edges where the mountains start into the wilderness. There are good communities all over town. There are some bad ones, of course, too.
