Not sure if @Howl For Wildlife will pick this up but here are the representatives to contact. Without programs like F4WM, trappers in Montana wouldn’t be able to do what they do. Send an email.
Here is a list of all MT representative that sit on the house FWP committee...

Check out Nissan, either the Titan or the Frontier. IMO more reliable than the Toyota. Yeah resale value is not what the Toyota is, but its up there and will beat out the Colorado for sure. I have guys at work with Tacomas and Tundras and they are not satisfied with the reliability. Injector...
It would be a long day trip from Missoula or Kalispell, but if you are up for it go check out the Route of the Hiawatha https://www.ridethehiawatha.com/. You wont be disappointed.
It will be curious to se what the changes are. Like OP said probably nothing too drastic. I will attend one meeting.

I have a Chase Freedom 1% on all purchases and then 5% on diff categories per quarter. I also have a Chase Freedom Unlimited, offers 1.5% on all purchases 5% on gas for a year and 3% on restaurants. Seems to be the best I have found.
I have no experience with these, but thought they may be worth a try.

If he wants to hunt and fish as much as he wants. I would suggest becoming a forester, lots of opportunity right now. Attend University of Idaho, they have a great program. Im a forester and I love what I do and can hunt and fish as much as I want.
I would try Lewiston. If not I know this place does, just aways away. You might call them anyways and they may know of something closer.
