Keep contacting the BLM ranger. Be polite about it, and ask for a case update. Enough calls and you'll get an answer. A dash cam or similar will assist in getting some type of harassment charge on the people.
I also hunted the BH this spring. From my experience the birds only gobbled for the first hour of daylight. They also spend the entire time in the tree cover, we never saw a bird in a field. We walked 19 miles in 2 days saw 11 birds total, both of us got a tom.
San Francisco River Outfitters is well established in that area. They shoot nice bulls every year. My dad archery hunted with them a few years ago. Shot a nice 6pt first morning.
My gun shoots them great. However I will only use the remaining ones I have for target practice. My results on game have been terrible. I now use Barnes TEZ. For what it's worth, last time I shot a PB at game was 15 years ago. Things may have changed since then.
I've used my Eskimo fatfish 9416i for a hunting tent the last 3 seasons, it works great. Condensation hasn't an issue with an insulated shack. I usually put a tarp over the top, if it's going to rain or snow. I also use a big buddy heater. I always use a battery operated carbon monoxide...
