From what I can discern, to change the height adjustment on this model you twist the lower portion of the actual legs, on the pro there looks to be a cuff that you twist at the bottom of the upper leg.- Str8shooter

Its closer to the current long model, but is adjustable from about 8 to 12 inches, I added pics with a tape at low/high range Whats really nice is each leg can be adjusted to intermediate lengths and also independently when youre shooting from uneven terrain- Str8shooter
