Another one for darn tough. Had a package not show up from the post office. Sent an email and they replaced the order the next day. About a month later the original package shows up so I ask if they want it back. They said just keep it.
One of the first “rules” of mountaineering is don’t go down what you haven’t gone up. The pic makes it look like a pretty serious cliff face but I don’t understand how these guys couldn’t climb up and out. Climbing down is a million times harder than climbing up.

I have a pair. Not FL ones but western mountaineering. They’re awesome. I take them on ski touring trips. Really nice to take off ski boots and have something warm to put on. These are probably marketed towards people backpack hunting in the snow and dorks to wear around the house.
Denali’s a pretty cool place. My guess is most people who are unimpressed with it just drove in to the gate or road a tour bus and never stepped foot off of it. But if you only have a day it nots worth the drive because you won’t have the time to do anything cool. It’s like 8 hours of driving...
Besides all the normal ideas of just gradually gaining altitude you could try diamox. 10,000 feet isn’t all that high though. But it’s what mountaineers use on high altitude expeditions
Dude. Don’t just drive around on your free time. Go do something. Depending on when you’ll be here the better fishing might be wrapped up. Hikes everywhere.
