Over the past few months I have collected what I believe to be everything needed to start reloading my 7mm Rem Mag brass. I have removed the primers and cleaned them in a tumbler.
Now for the question. I have a forester coax press and a Redding type s die. I want to full length resize my brass...
The collars run on about a 151 radio frequency. If I am recalling correctly there are 5 frequencies and 20 time frames that they send signals out in ie collar number 5-1 is the 5th frequency and 1 is time slot 1/20 and 5-10 would be the 5th frequency and time slot 10/20. So setting up multiple...
I set a limit of 2-3k on western hunts per year and the local deer/fish/ everything else instate is about 190. Gas and dog food for the hounds isn’t very well kept track of but roughly another 1300. Some of that money comes from birthday gifts and such. We make as a family about 140k ish.
I bought a Singer 4423 and have been picking sewing back up. The many posts from others on here gave me the confidence to give it a try.
I started with making a duffle bag that matches the carry on size for flights 22x14x9. My dimensions ended up slightly less as I didn’t account for some...
Got the game bags as well as the sweet stickers. Not sure I can use the WKR one yet. I was also wonder what size they are. They look very nicely made tho.
Some dogs may be able to follow it if you were there fairly quickly after it rained (also depends on just how much rain). It would be difficult I would think but possible. We occasionally run bears with hounds off of a bait that was hit before a rain storm. But it is very hit or miss and I...
I’m I am remembering correctly the training on the alpha 100 vs the alpha 200 or 300 is quite a bit different. Also note that the 100 and 200 are older models and garmin will likely provide less support for them. I have a 200 and the training buttons work great for multiple dogs/training...
I’m working on getting into reloading and found some CCI 250 primers for $140 /k and $45 shipping. Is that way high? I also haven’t seen them in stock for a while. Just wondering if I should wait for a better deal or just get some while I can.
33% seems low. But may depend on the bears condition. An example is my last bear compared to my dads. Same year and within 2 miles of each other (Wisconsin fall bears and 6yr female vs 2 yr old male) both weighed 240 gutted. The sow had 3 inches of fat on her back and the boar had none. I k ow...
You can come to Wisconsin and hunt bucks and doe for pretty cheep. Over the counter tags. Buck tag is state wide and doe tags are by count and private/public land. Some counties you get 3 of them per weapon.
That’s not much different than bear hunting in Wisconsin except it can be up to 10...
I like them on the longer side but not too long. When sitting they can come up some but I don’t want them above my boots or even near the top. Easy to pin or fold them up to see what works best for your preferences
As mentioned above they have three buttons above the screen that you can set however you want and the a toggle on the side to go between pages of what those buttons do. Pretty easy to set up and use. If you have any particular questions either post them here or feel free to PM me. I use it on 6+...
It would not change the way I hunt if I it can transmit to humans. I would finally start getting them tested tho. Here in Wisconsin they give you another tag if your deer came back positive. Living in Iowa county wi since the outbreak here I am sure I have eaten a deer that would have tested...
