Don't guess on your calories
Get a macro tracker app so you know for sure that you're getting enough protein for tissue repair and enough fat to support basic bodily functions
Then get the rest...

The short head of Biceps Femoris only crosses the knee. It attaches to the femur and fibula.
Popliteus is also in the posterior knee. It attaches to the femur and tibia.
