    Yes i did. I received it back with a note saying it was cleaned and inspected. At 40x it is still kind of washed out with low contrast. Maybe i was expecting too much? Here is a picture of a CA blacktail at around 1200 yards 40x with about 30 mins left of shoot time.

    I've never looked through any other spotting scopes before. I dont know anyone that has any either. I dont wear glasses or contact lenses but my eyesight is pretty bad. I need to go get those checked out also. When i first got the scope it was kind of hard for me to get my eyes perfectly...

    @ChrisAU and @MountainTracker those pictures look really good compared to mine. I dont see the washed out/foggy look like mine has. I'll most definitely be sending it in. Thanks guys! I have zero doubts Swarovski CS will give me any issues.
