This comes down to what you wish to use for bipods. The ARCA/PIC will give you the most versatility at one price point, but with these all being interchangeable you will be able to purchase and swap whenever.
The advantage to PIC vs ARCA, in my opinion only comes into play when shooting PRS...

Second the barrel break in. Ive never believed in it, but so many insist... but then for those production rifles that come with "sub moa cards" showing their first group through your new gun... surely they arent doing a barrel break in.
It's going to come down to personal preference and time spent with each product. I have used both and both seem to have similar if not identical features. Base map's link with Sig rangefinders is amazing and I actually requested this from OnX a year or so before Basemaps came out with it...
