How high would you put recent burns on your list as far as spots to check out? Specifically compared to older burns or areas that may have less pressure?
The bottom line up front is what are some tips, tricks or hell even recipes for truck camping and staying sustained? Water storage? Cooking? Food storage?

Biggest thing I’m seeing is primer pen and wraps for the next go around.
Big question now: are all wraps created equal? I’ve briefly looked but does anyone know of a wrap or anything that has a reflective component to it?
Can anyone steer me in the right direction with this issue?
I’m now at 6 arrows that it “seems” like the main issue is the adhesive isn’t holding. Shooting at the typical stacked foam type target and sometimes the arrows penetrate to the vanes.

I have the SG 15 and I love it. Packs down great and way lighter than anything I’ve used in the past from off the shelf to military sleep systems (iykyk).
That being said I’ve used it when it was maybe 55+ out and it was too hot lol.
That’s another tip I’ve heard is inventorying the does and checking them daily. Sounds like it will be in the rut.
Terrain is those rolling hills, open desert and scrub brush. Some more “terrain” in parts of the unit but the majority is that classic NM high desert.

I have to say I love my sitka areolite.
Fit, weight to warmth in my opinion is fantastic. I have not tried the other options other than an old Eddie Bauer synthetic (I think).
I have been outside in 26 weather with just the jacket and a tshirt and while I was not hot, I was surprisingly warm.
